Order Processing & Timeline
We strive to process all orders promptly. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Please note that order processing is a separate stage from the actual transit time with the carrier.
While most orders are processed and leave our facility within a standard business timeframe, please allow additional processing time during major sale events, new collection launches, or holiday seasons. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilize a network of reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your orders. The available shipping options and associated timeframes will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your cart.
We offer a range of services from standard ground shipping to expedited options for when you need your items sooner. The exact transit time begins once the carrier has received your package and scanned it into their system.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items and the destination zip code. We are proud to offer promotional free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold, which is prominently displayed on our website.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend using a secure shipping address where someone is available to accept packages. Our carriers may require a signature for certain deliveries. If you are not available, they will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package at a local facility.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the exterior packaging appears severely damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. If you accept the package and later find the contents are damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately through the portal on our website for assistance. We recommend saving the original packaging and all contents until the issue is resolved.
Address Accuracy
The responsibility for providing a correct and complete shipping address lies with the customer. Please double-check your shipping information carefully during checkout. We process orders rapidly and are often unable to make address changes once an order has been placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you. Reshipment may be subject to additional shipping fees.
International Shipping & Future Expansion
At this time, preppy-boutiques.com only ships within the United States. We are constantly evaluating our capabilities to better serve our community, and international shipping may be offered in the future.
